It is worth it after all, I thought, that I would try a post in English, having heard a biographical interview with Dr. Hoseini about Ayatollah Abdolhosein Najafi lari also known as Ayatollah Abdolhosein Mousavi Lari whose grandson is Ayatollah Mojtaba Mousavi Lari famously associated with Dr. Hamid Algar as a mentor or someone from whose books he decided to convert to Islam.
As the title of the post also shows, we wish to discuss the notion of Istishab which comes from the root of the word sahaba and also most probably from the same roots as the word sahaabah and sahabi. In other words in Arabic you have:
استصحاب- صحب- صحابه- صحابی
Almaany.com translates istishab as
Accompanying; ABIDING TO OTHER REVEALED INJUNCTIONS [Legal]
We are actually seeking the implications of istishab in what regards it in the religious fundamentals of the jurisprudence. And thus, we are going to apply it to the transcendental philosophy of jurisprudential Hamidi Magidi theory. In jurisprudence, istishab actually presents a rule of abiding to a revealed injunction until a probable change in the status quo of the injunction possibly occurs.
How is this related to the transcendental philosophy of jurisprudential Hamidi Magidi theory? Given that you have a two body problem, then it can be treated either classically or quantum physically from a mathematical physical point of view not so much depending on whether the bodies are celestial or not since the matter can be treated quantum gravitationally entering the realm of the Standard Model. Well, one might object that this has nothing to do with the given rule above. However, the point is that when one status of an injunction is being abided by another or the same injuntion at a different time, then one at least has a two body problem at hand either quantum physically or classically. (The enlightened students of quantum field theories might see it somehow emerging here and there!) Thus, the relative equilibrium of the celestial bodies- and even possibly some earthlings can be figured out thorough the analysis of the transcendental philosophy of jurisprudential Hamidi Magidi theories.
One might object as to what a Hamidi Magidi theory might be then? And the answer is that it is the mathematical physics according to the transcendental philosophy and jurisprudence and its fundamentals. As to what transcendental philosophy might be, the answer is the transcendental philosophy of Mulla Sadra. We will try to follow the problem in the comments. Please, feel free to participate although you might not be so familiar with the transcendental philosophy of Mulla Sadra, but still have an interest in transcental philosophies or even transcendental numbers! But no joking jocularities, please. ok? Hmm, I'm awfully stuck with the puntuations at the end of the paragraphs and it makes me tend to go on and on and on.... And that's sad
Post Script 1. There is no god but God. God bless Mohammad and his holy family and may God accept his intercessions and raise his degrees. Apparently, the end of paragraphs' punctuations got me so much preoccupied at that time of early morning which the post was written that I did not finish it with blessings upon the Prophet Mohammad peace be upon him and his family and may God accept his intercessions and raise his degrees.
Post Script 2. It might be noticed that mathematics and physics certainly can have military uses and especially can be employed for arms race and it might be naïve to call for such a ban against such usurpations. However, it can also be very misleading that too much emphasis is stressed upon such usurpations of science and even religion especially in third world and developing countries. This can lead to the disastrous implications of forgetting all together about science and metaphysics and religion, and completely emphasizing on the military side. It might be noticed that even Internet and the world wide web supposedly started from military projects and then entered into the business and commercial arena! It might be quite worth it to own the most sophisticated military might of the world! I wouldn't mind having my own! Some might object that you are becoming a dictator, but I would answer that it will be used in service of God and under the military guidance of Vali Faghih. There is no god but God. Peace be upon Mohammad and his holy family and may God accept his intercessions and raise his degrees.
